Returns & Refund Policy

At SKW Store, we care about the quality and freshness of every order. Because we sell food, spices, flour, seeds, and organic grocery products, we can only accept returns in limited cases for hygiene and safety reasons.

Eligible for Return or Replacement

You can request a return, replacement, or refund if:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • Your product arrived damaged, leaking, torn, or opened.
  • The item is expired or has an unusually short expiry date.
  • A product is missing from your order.
  • The delivered product is significantly different from what you ordered.

Please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

Conditions for Return

To process your request:

  • The product must be unused and unopened.
  • Keep the original packaging, label, and invoice/order details.
  • Send clear photos or a short video of the product and package.
  • Do not throw away the product until our support team confirms the request.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or consumed.
  • Change-of-mind requests after delivery.
  • Products damaged due to incorrect storage by the customer.
  • Products reported after 24 hours of delivery.
  • Sale, discounted, promotional, or free items β€” unless they were damaged, expired, or incorrect.

Refund Process

After we review and approve your request:

  • For a replacement, we will send the correct or new item based on availability.
  • For a refund, the amount will be returned through the original payment method, bank transfer, or another mutually agreed method.
  • Refunds may take 5–10 working days after approval, depending on the payment method.
  • Delivery charges are not refundable unless the error was from SKW Store (e.g. wrong, damaged, or missing item).

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

How to Request a Return or Refund

Contact us through our support channel and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Your name and phone number
  • Photos or video of the item
  • A short explanation of the issue

Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 working days.
